Integra con la chiave pubblica

Per le app native e le estensioni di Chrome, il rilevamento automatico del dominio non è disponibile. Per autenticarti, usa una chiave API pubblica che collega direttamente il widget al tuo account Chatgram.

Come ottenere la chiave pubblica
  1. Nel bot Chatgram , apri Impostazioni in basso, quindi tocca chiavi di sviluppo.
  2. Seleziona il tuo dominio. Chatgram ti invierà un messaggio con le chiavi: inoltralo al tuo sviluppatore, così potrà estrarre la chiave pubblica (spesso inizia con pk_) e inserirla nel codice qui sotto.

When publicKey is provided, the widget skips domain auto-detection entirely. This is the correct approach for native apps, Chrome extensions, Electron apps, and any environment without a standard web domain. Full docs on npm.
Step 5: Submit NEW Extension

Publish your build to the Chrome Web Store

When your Chatgram widget is wired up with publicKey and tested locally, package a production build and submit it as a new extension or as an update to an existing listing. The store review checks your manifest, permissions, and privacy disclosures against what your extension actually does.

  • Open the Chrome Web Store Developer Dashboard and choose New Item (first publication) or upload a new package for an extension you already manage.
  • Align your manifest permissions with Chatgram usage (for example, only host permissions or APIs you truly need) and keep your privacy policy URL accurate if you collect user data.
  • Complete the listing (description, screenshots, category), then submit for review. After approval, users can install your extension and talk to you through the same Chatgram channel you configured earlier.

Tip: Fixes after launch use the same dashboard — upload a new ZIP, bump the version in manifest.json, and submit again for review when required.

Go to your domain registrar or DNS provider where you manage your domain records. This could be Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap, or any other provider.

Find the DNS management section. Look for options like "DNS Records," "DNS Settings," "Zone Editor," or "Manage DNS." Each provider labels it slightly differently.

Add a New TXT Record

Create a new DNS record with the exact settings shown in the DNS Record section on this page. Make sure the record type is TXT and the values match precisely.

No. I record TXT sono voci di soli metadati nella zona DNS. L’aggiunta del record di verifica Chatgram non influisce in alcun modo sul tuo sito web, sulla consegna delle email o sugli altri record DNS esistenti.

Ti consigliamo di mantenere il record TXT. Chatgram verifica periodicamente la titolarità del dominio per garantire la sicurezza. Se il record viene rimosso, il dominio potrebbe risultare non verificato al successivo controllo.

Chatgram supporta i sottodomini. Per verificare support.mysite.com, aggiungi il record TXT come _chatgram-verify.support.mysite.com. Inserisci "support.mysite.com" nel campo di verifica.

Per prima cosa, controlla che il nome del record sia esattamente _chatgram-verify (alcuni provider aggiungono automaticamente il tuo dominio, quindi potrebbe bastare inserire _chatgram-verify). Verifica che il valore sia esattamente chatgram-site-verification=true, senza spazi aggiuntivi. Se è tutto corretto, attendi ancora qualche minuto perché la propagazione si completi e riprova.
