Use the slider on any card to bump the quota up; the price updates live. When the cap is hit, AI replies and translations pause until the next month or until you bump the quota. Your support never stops — agents keep replying manually, and incoming tickets keep flowing. Only the AI assistance pauses.
Yes. Add 3 agents, add 30 — same price. Per-seat pricing punishes collaboration, and we’re not interested in punishing collaboration. Studio, Scale, and Studio+ all include unlimited agents. The only limits are total websites and AI reply & Translation volume, which you control with the slider.
When you connect Shopify or WooCommerce, Chatgram automatically ingests your product catalog, pages, and FAQ. Yes, on quarterly and annual plans. Pause length is tied to your billing cycle — the longer your commitment, the longer you can pause. Quarterly plans pause up to 1 month. Annual plans pause up to 2 months. Monthly plans don’t include pause (you can just cancel and resubscribe whenever, with no penalty). While paused, you don’t pay, the AI assistant stops, and incoming tickets are buffered. When you resume, every conversation is right where you left it — knowledge base intact, agents still connected, history preserved. One tap to pause, one tap to resume.
